New Office Setup – The Designated Broker must complete all new office applications. Associate Brokers are not eligible to add new offices. $53.99 one time activation fee +$20.64 monthly for Supra eKEY subscribers (optional service can be added at anytime)

MLS Subscriber $55/month - billed on the 1st of each month
Supra eKEY subscriber - billed on the 28th of each month

Annual Dues are collected when you join, then billed annually. Columbia Board of REALTORS® collects your dues on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Missouri REALTORS® (MR). Dues are prorated based on the month you join. Please contact staff to learn more about the dues owed.
