Tuesday, June 9, 2026 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

Join us on Tuesday, June 9th from 1:00–3:00 PM for an in‑depth session with Mike Watson of Central Bank of Boone County as he shares practical insights into managing properties in foreclosure. With extensive experience in collections, repossession, and the foreclosure process, Mike brings a wealth of real‑world knowledge from the banking perspective. While he is not an attorney, his hands-on background offers valuable guidance for anyone navigating or supporting foreclosure-related matters.

Attendees are encouraged to submit their questions during registration to help shape the discussion and ensure the session addresses key areas of interest.

In this class, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the key steps of the foreclosure process from a lender’s point of view
  • Communicate effectively with banks during pre‑foreclosure and foreclosure
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and challenges in working with foreclosed or distressed properties
  • Support clients facing hardship while staying within your professional role
  • Recognize when to refer clients to legal or financial professionals

**registration open to primary and secondary members
